This beautiful Roman-style Bamboo shades can only be described as a sensible choice. It should be noted however that this is a Roman-style and not really a true Roman shade with all the pleating that occurs when it is pulled up. This said this is a beautiful window covering no matter how you look at it. The price is very affordable and the shade with its 7 inch valance and side returns looks like a much more expensive item than it is. This particular shade is available in many other sizes as well.
The rich textures and beautiful colors help protect your home against penetrating heat and Winter air while the shade gently filters light. However this is not a privacy shade.
All mounting hardware is included, and you can mount the bamboo shade inside or outside the window frame. Lift cords are on the right side. Note: For inside mount, please order a shade that is smaller than the width of your window so that it fits inside your window or does not rub against the sides. It should be at least 1/4 of an inch smaller to ensure a proper fit.
