Natural Temporary Paper Blinds

Temporary paper blinds are really fantastic! A few months back one of our contributors Andy posted an article about temporary window blinds,

I read it, but did not really pay much attention to the subject, until last week when a friend called asking for my help. She had just moved into a rental house, as they are waiting for the house that they are building to be finished, and she wanted to do something to the windows without investing too much money.

Let me tell you the new temporary paper blinds are fantastic! Installation in a minute, I am not joking, I have never installed anything this fast.

We used a new model from Redi Shade®, and found out much to our delight that they were available in several colors with varying light filtering possibilities. It was easy to customize, as we were able to cut to size, with a cutter that the company provided.

When you get one of the Redi Shade you will find them to be very resistant and even if you wanted to keep them much longer than temporary you could. They are sturdy enough to last several years.

You are going to love them!

Redi Shade® Original paper blinds are made of a high quality pleated white paper, allowing a soft light to filter through.

You can personalize them before installing them by drawing on them, or gluing little pieces of fabric, colored paper, white cut paper, sticker, or by adding decorative motifs with paint or even if you dare sequins and pearls... Much fun if you are doing a child's room and very inexpensive to replace in a few years when the child has outgrown the motif, it might be time then to think about a more permanent fabric Roman shade.

With their neutral style and authenticity, the paper blinds can be used in any decor, regardless of the room you want to hang it. As a matter of fact the natural blinds are available in a couple of variety, you can find some that are pleated, other that are woven.

Prices are unbeatable some were as inexpensive as under 5 dollars, most were under 10 dollars, and the most expensive, even those that can make a room dark enough for a baby to sleep during the day were inexpensive. The only paper blinds we found that cost a little more were insulating paper blinds, they included an air trapping system to insulate your windows, perfect for people who would want to keep the blinds a while, even those were under 40 dollars. I don't know about you but I think if I am going to cover windows with something I know will not be there for a very long time I prefer to use inexpensive paper blinds

The Easy Touch models benefit from the "peel and stick technology", developed by Redi Shade®. No more need to drill, no more screws or hooks.

I also would like to recognize the fact that Redi Shade® is a commendable company for doing its part for the planet, adding action to conviction, and offering some paper blinds made of 100% recycled paper. Recycled paper saves 100% wood, 80% water, and 50% energy.
